When you enter a contest or drawing you are also included in our newsletter list to receive notice of promotions, specials and new additions to the our site. 07-Multiple Product Orders  by 
For a multiple product order, we will make every attempt to ship all products contained in the order at the same time.  Some items may ship from locations other than our Jacksonville Florida location.  If your order contains items shipping from other facilities, you will only be charged 1 shipping charge, however, you may receive items in separate shipments or shipped directly from the manufacturer.

When shipping items on the same order to multiple addresses, you will be charged shipping for each additional ship-to address

08-Out-of-Stock Products  by 
Most Orders are generally created within 3-5 business days unless noted in the items policy or shipped from a different facility. Artwork and design creation is completed first and then printed onto your item. If an item is out of stock at the time of your purchase we will hold the order for stock replenishment if we feel the item will be back in stock within a reasonable amount of time. If we then learn that it will be a long period we will notify you and give you the opportunity to choose a comparable item or allow us to hold the back order. Until that time, your graphic will have been made but your order will be on hold awaiting actual hard goods. Once goods arrive, your order will be printed and shipped.

10-Shipping Policy  by 
Shipping Time -- Most orders are shipped within 3-5 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday, Sunday, or holidays except by prior arrangement. During Summer (June - August) we may process on Saturday and close on Monday. Shipments are not made on any day that UPS and USPS is out of service.

Holidays are heavy volume time and production times stated may be extended. We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. All production times and freight traveling times are an estimate. Please order all holiday or event gifts early. If our production time schedule falls within your date requirements please do not assume you will get it on time. Please be sure to notify us of any event dated orders. If you need something by a certain date, please let us know. This may enable us to move it up in production if possible but is in no way a guarantee. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping, product availability or volume processing.

Any damage occurred during shipping must be reported to us as well as the freight carrier within 48 hours of receipt. Once a claim has been made the item will be reproduced and re-shipped. No credits will be issued. Items will be replaced.

Choice of Shipping Company We offer the choice of UPS and USPS. Our recommended choice is UPS. although we realize that in some cases, they are more expensive, they are certainly a more reliable carrier. Although we would love if we could control your order until it arrives at your door, but of course we cannot. Once we give your order over to your choice of carrier, it is in their hands and their responsibility. If there are any issues with receipt, we will assist you in tracking or putting in a tracer with USPS but it is your responsibility to follow through. We are not responsible for issues with shipping carrier but we will help you to trace or file a claim.

11-Returns  by 
We will gladly replace products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship for 10 days from the date of receipt of delivery. Understandably personalized products cannot be returned under any circumstances. If we have made an error, we will replace the item with corrections. Refunds are not issued, all sales are final on personalized merchandise. If we send a sample image, please be sure to check it carefully for design, spelling etc. If you approve a design it goes to production and we hold no liability for errors that were approved. If you have made an error we will offer up to 15% discount on a re-order depending on the item. Returns are not accepted without prior approval from our office. Please e-mail within 48 hours of receipt of goods if there is an issue for an RMA. Any items being returned must be unused and in original packaging, We will not pay for return shipping unless it is pre-authorized by one of our agents.

Please take care in choosing a photo and personalizing your item. Double check your entries for accuracy.

12 Payment  by 
Credit Cards
We accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express  and Discover. Along with PayPal There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e. the address, apartment number and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you). Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order. Your credit card is charged upon the completion of your order as once received, processing begins.

Checks or Money Orders
We accept money orders, cashier’s checks, personal checks, and company checks in U.S. Dollars only. Orders are processed upon deposit of a money order or cashier’s check. For personal and company checks, please allow up to 10 banking days after receipt and deposit for clearance of funds before the order is processed. We cannot guarantee the availability of a product by the time funds clear or payment is received. We will charge a $35 fee on all returned checks.

Our Store shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within Florida. For orders shipped to other states, you are solely responsible for all sales taxes or other taxes.
