Clicking the Add to Cart / Buy Now Buttons
Depending on the item, you may be redirected to a personalization page first where you can fill in information about the customization of your desired item.  Or...  the personalization form may be right on the page your viewing.


Personalizing 
When personalizing a product, please read instructions for color, text and photo submission requirements.  Please be as specific as possible about your desired personalization.    You must tell us how your sending your photo. If we do not know one is coming, we will not look for one!

Adding item to the Shopping Cart
After you have filled out your personalization and clicked add to cart, you will receive a pop up message box that tells you your item has been added the shopping cart but you will remain on the same item page


Ordering more than one / Viewing what's in  your shopping cart
To order additional items with different personalization, all you need to do is enter personalization information and click Add to Cart again.  You repeat these steps as many times as necessary.  You may continue to order the same item (with different personalization) or navigate to another page on our site.  Each product page has a Review Cart/Check Out link under the Add to cart button.   (if you are ordering more than one of the exact same item, just view cart and update  the quantity)

Finalizing your order
Once you are ready to finalize your purchase, click Review Cart/Check Out and you will be redirected to our shopping cart.    You can review your cart at any time by clicking Review Cart/Check Out.  If you are not ready to Check Out you may scroll down and click Continue Shopping to return to the page you were on.

Increasing/decreasing Qty
Once in the Shopping cart, you may increase the quantity of any item by changing the number in the qty field and click update.  You may also delete any item from the cart by clicking the remove button.

Any item that has a volume (Qty) discount will still show at the original price, Discounts will be taken off the total after shipping charges have been applied.

Customer Code Discounts - Coupons or Quantity Discounts.
If you have been given a coupon /Voucher code in any one of our mailings or with your previous order you may enter it in the Customer Code Box.  This will reduce the total of your order by the coupon amount. 
If you have purchased a product that has a volume/quantity discount, the discount will show automatically in the total area under shipping.


Calculating Shipping & Handling
Next you will be asked to calculate the shipping 
The country is set at USA (If you are a Canada Resident, you can click the drop down box and choose Canada).
You may then enter your zip/postal code.   Shipping charges are determined directly by the freight carrier you choose ie: UPS or USPS, the weight of your product and your zip code. 
After entering your zip code, you may click the drop down box and choose from the shipping available for the item(s) you have purchased.


Please note that UPS charges extra for residential as well as rural deliveries.  If your freight charges seem extremely high, please let us know and we will double check.   Hawaii, Alaska, and PO Boxes must choose USPS.  

Please be advised, we only ship within the continental US, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Hawaii & Canada.  For Canadian shoppers, please pay careful attention to the Canada section below.

Some items when purchased in quantity or that have add-ons may show an incorrect shipping total.  If this be the case we will reduce your shipping charge to a more appropriate cost.  
 

Choose your payment Method
Next, choose your payment method by clicking one of the round buttons next to the payment method of your choice.  We offer online payments with your Visa, Mastercard or American Express as well as Paypal.  You may also call  or fax us with your credit card number and billing address. You can also choose order by US Mail.
Click go to Check Out.   and you will be prompted to fill in your  name and address.   Please fill in the form completely regardless of the payment method you choose!

  • Name Enter your First Name, and then Your Last Name on the next line.

  • Address - All information is verified with your bank. If your address fails a verification match with your bank, your order will be delayed.  The shopping cart clearly notes that we will only ship to your billing address so please save both yourself and us the time and frustration by putting in the correct address.  As per our merchant agreement, we can only ship to your billing address. This is for your protection as well as ours. if you need your order shipped somewhere else, please review alternate ship to below .


  • City, State & Zip Code - Are self explanatory


  • Phone Please put in the phone number for your billing address.  All information is verified. If this information does not match your bank, your order will be delayed.  If there is an alternate phone number you would like us to use such as your work or cell #, you may put it in the Fax # field and mark it USE 1st. This way we will know to call you on that number.


  • Fax - is NOT a required Field


  • Website Address - is NOT a required field but...If you have a website and would like us to link to you in our links or Customer section, please let us know here.  Reciprocal links are always appreciated.


  • E-mail -This is one of the most important fields.  Please be very careful inputting your email address. If your email address is incorrect, you will not receive your order confirmation  nor will we be able to contact you.   Our preferred correspondence is e-mail.  Most often, orders are processed during the late shift and we will not call you. If we cannot reach you by email, your order will be delayed.
    Please check your e-mail often during the order process as we may need to contact you with questions about your order.  We may also email you a sample graphic for approval. If you do receive a sample via e-mail, please respond ASAP with an approval or any corrections required.


  • Enter Apt / Suite # or N/A- You are also required to let us know if you have an apartment / suite number or if you live in a private house.  This is for shipping purposes.  UPS charges for missing information such as apartment number. Please avoid these unnecessary charges by giving us your apartment number. for Private house enter N/A


  • Alternate e-mail  if you have a secondary e-mail please let us know.  In the event we cannot reach you using one email we will attempt the other,  but it is always best to clear us in your spam settings.


  •  Initial to accept policy - You are also required to accept our terms of sale / policy which is in short posted with each product.  However, for simplicity, it basically states that personalized products cannot be refunded or returned.  If we have made an error we will correct it. However under any other circumstances, personalized products are designed solely for you and cannot be resold to anyone else so there is no way to re-stock it so please choose your item/size/design carefully.
    This is not a privacy statement - our privacy policy is simple,  your info is used for your order only. We do not spam, sell, rent or give your info to anyone under any circumstances except where required by law.

    Alternate Shipping Address
    There are three ways in which you can have your order shipped to a different address.

    1. You can pay by money order.
    or
    2. You can call your credit card bank and have that address added as an alternate address.
    or
    3. You can fax us a copy of your drivers license, showing the billing address, a copy of the credit card used and a letter authorizing us to ship to your requested alternate address.

    When items are purchased mail order, the only way to insure that the card is being used by the actual owner is to ship only to the cards verified address. Therefore, requesting shipment to an alternate address requires some sort of proof that you are the actual card owner. This is for your protection as well as ours.  For orders over $50.00 you may also be asked to sign a credit card receipt that we will either e-mail or fax to you along with providing a copy of your drivers license.

    Paying by Paypal -
     You will be directed to paypals website where you must log in to pay for your order.  If you use paypal express payments please be sure to scroll down to double check that the paypal confirmed address is your current address.  If the shopping cart shows something different than the paypal confirmed address, we will only ship to the address that paypal has confirmed.

    Paying by Credit Card
    If your choice was credit card, you will then be brought to our secure server where you will input:

    ~The Name as it appears on the card.  

    ~The card numbers.  Please input these using dashes or spaces (ex: xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-    xxxx xxxx xxxx xxxx)
    Since we process your card manually, this limits the chance of error and it's easier on the eyes.

    ~ The Card Verification #  (CV or CV2 #)  Visa/MC - Please be sure to put ONLY THE LAST 3 numbers that appear after the last 4 digits of your account number.  This is on the back of your card up on the signature strip.  If these numbers are inaccurate your charge will not be approved.  Amex - this number is 4 digits on the front of the card above your account number on the right.

    Click Continue You will be brought to a confirmation page that shows your order  You must submit the order for it to reach us.  Scroll Down  click Submit    You will then be brought to your receipt page (it will say Thank you for your order)   You can scroll down and click print for your records.

    Please note - your card is charged by Personally Yours / Personally Yours by TAG Designs. This is the name on your credit card receipt. Please take note of this so you do not become confused when you receive your credit card statement! 

     

    Ordering Via E-Mail
    You can e-mail us with your order, however, we do not recommend sending your credit card information via e-mail. Please include your phone number and a good time to reach you and we will call you for your credit card info.

    Telephone 
    Although Email is our preferred correspondence, You may call us toll free with your order at 1-866-Ad-Angel . (1-866-232-6435)  Please have your credit card with you as we will need the security number from the back of your credit card. Telephone response is limited but you may call leave us a message and we will call you back most times within 48 hours. 

    Please speak loudly & clearly especially when leaving your phone number.  Please tell us your name, the reason for your call, your phone number and your time zone.  If you do not tell us the reason for your call, we will not call you back.  Sorry, but we receive far too many solicitations - regardless of the no call list, and just don't have the time to call back people who are trying to sell us services that we do not need or want.  If you do not identify yourself and your intentions we have every reason to believe you are a telemarketer.

    Send ingus your Photo
    We offer 2 ways for you to get your photo/graphics to us

    US MailYou may send your photo via US mail to  Art Department, PO Box 16248, Jacksonville FL 32245.   You will get your photo back with your order. (see professional photos below)
    E-MailYou can e-mail your photo to . Your graphic must be at least 300dpi and approximately 4" x 6" in size. We accept ONLY .jpg (non compressed), .psd, .psp, .ai & .eps - PC formats  ( That means we do not accept MS Word, Publisher, Presentation, MAC files, or any other type of graphic Layout)   If your file is large, you can zip it with winzip. A free trial version of winzip can be found at www.winzip.com .  Please be sure to include your full name and order number within the e-mail.  The graphic should be attached as a file, not embedded within the e-mail.  

    For business logos
    , please send a high resolution file, preferably a vector file in .ai, .eps, or .psd.

    Either method is fine, but keep in mind that if you need your order by a certain date, in some cases it can take your US mail anywhere from 3 - 7 days to reach us.  


    Professional Photos  
    Please do not send Professional Photos without a photographers release. We cannot reproduce professional photos without permission from the photographers. If you send us a professional photo without a photographers release, we will not send it back unless you mail us a self addressed stamped envelope. In most cases, photographers will grant you a release without issue or charge.  You can have your photographer fax us the release direct at 904-292-4107.

    DO NOT send graphics you have taken from the internet!
    At most times, these graphics are not in public domain and require permission to use, Plus, they are not print quality

     

    Canada Canada -  
    Canadian orders must be paid in US funds with a verified address..
    Please follow the steps above to place your order.
    Orders to Canada can either go via UPS,  USPS, or Global express and may be at our discretion regardless of the mode you choose.  Any Custom fees are at the liability of the buyer.
