Personalized Mugs are designed with your photo, logo or artwork to be used. They are white ceramic. A sublimation Print Process is used to transfer your image on to the mug. The better the graphic you send, the better the imprint. Text can be added to your imprint at no extra charge. Mugs are dishwasher resistant in residential dishwashers, however, hand washing is recommended for longevity of image quality.
Turn Around Time
Normally ships in 3-5 days except during heavy volume season when processing time may be extended. If you need your mug by a certain date please be sure to let us know..

Guarantee: Any item that is damaged in shipping can be exchanged for an identical item with the same personalization. However, a claim must be made with the freight carrier. 	15oz Personalized Coffee Mug for my son's Dad Day gift
	I gave the mug to my son about 2 weeks ago--I imagine he's using it every morning when he has his hot chocolate on the new backyard deck that they had built about a month ago! Of course, he loved the beautiful photo of his kids on the mug--and the generous size of the mug pleased him as well--he does enjoy his hot chocolate with whipped topping--now he has more room for both!!
