normally take 7-14days production time before shipping direct
from mfg. This
will be extended in high volume season. Shipping time depends on
your location please check our shipping map for a general idea
of freight traveling time. If you need your frame by a certain
date please let us know!
Guarantee - Any item damaged in shipping can be replaced with
the same item/personalization, however, a claim must be made
with the freight carrier first. We must be notified within 24
