During heavy volume holiday season production time may be extended. Place holiday orders early. If you need your frame by a certain date be sure to let us know. Guarantee: Once your order is placed it is immediately sent to the factory for processing and cannot be cancelled or changed. Please check your entries carefully prior to adding to cart. Any item that is damaged in shipping can be exchanged for an identical item with the same personalization. However, a claim must be made with the freight carrier.
