Production - Shipping -Policy
- PLEASE READ CAREFULLY AS YOU ARE AGREEING TO THIS POLICY WHEN YOU PLACE YOUR ORDER.
- Most items that ship from our Florida location take approximately 3-5 business days to create. Items created at a manufacturer's factory other than our Florida location may take longer and will be marked as such within the product description. Those items will be shipped via the manufacturer's preferred shipping regardless of your choice in our shopping cart. We are not responsible for factory production delays especially around holiday time.
- Package Travel Time is in addition to any production / creation times listed and dependent on the shipping method you choose at check out and your location.
- Delivery Dates are not guaranteed. Once we release your package to the carrier it is up to them to stay within their quoted time guidelines and out of our control. We are not responsible for carrier delays.
- If you need your item by a special event date, please check with us first to ensure production schedule can meet your needs and we can ship in time. Again, the rest is up to the carrier.
- Your card is charged by Personalized Gifts at the submission of your order. Due to the custom nature of the product, all sales are final. Your order is not subject to cancellation or refund without penalty.
- If we have made an error on your order, we will replace it. Please be sure to take pictures of your item and email it to us.
- If there is damage in shipping please alert both the carrier and us within 24 hours of receipt. Please open your package immediately upon receipt. Any claims for damage or shortage are not honored past 3 days. Take pictures of both item and packaging and file a claim with the carrier (UPS / USPS) Do Not discard any item or packaging until your claim is satisfied. Please email us with the photos and your claim number so we may assist you in your claim.
If your item is marked delivered but not in your possession
You MUST contact the carrier immediately. Your Local Post Office or UPS has a gps location of where the package was delivered.
File a claim and get a service request number.
If the service request resolves that the package was delivered at your location, then you MUST file a police report for mail theft.
After filing a police report, File A Claim with the carrier. Provide both the carrier and us your service request # and your police report so that we may assist you in your claim.
Any Claims for non receipt when the package is marked delivered will NOT be honored unless these steps have been taken by you.
