Shipping policy

We Ship within the U.S. and Canada Only - (Unless you are a hotel chain or retailer - however restrictions apply, please contact us first)

We offer both USPS and UPS shipping. UPS is our preferred carrie within the continental U.S.   USPS for other areas.

  • Please be sure to enter any Apartment or Suite # in the address field.  If you are shipping to a Private House just put in None or N/A in the Apartment field.

  • Double check your address and any contact info for any errors that may result from auto fill or auto correct.

  • Please make sure you have chosen the correct shipping method for your address (ex: you chose USPS, put your street address, but only receive mail at a PO Box)

  • Any Shipping timeline is plus production. Estimated Production Time for each item is listed in the items information which appears below the product pictures and personalization form. Production times are ESTIMATES only and dependent on volume / inventory at any given time.   
    If you need your item for a special event please check with us first to insure we can ship in time. Do Not place your order if you have not checked with us first. Please note, once we ship, the rest is up to the carrier and shipping method you choose. We are not responsible for carrier delays.

  • Please track your item until delivery. Open immediately. Report any Damage or Loss to the carrier within 24 hours of receipt. Keep all packaging and take photos. Also report any problems to us via email or Live Chat. We will assist you in any claims you file with the package carrier. We are not responsible for damages or loss in shipping. 

  • Delivery dates are not guaranteed so please place your orders in plenty of time for special events and holidays. We are not responsible for Carrier Delays.

  • If there is a delay or delivery problem with your order, contact the carrier you chose at check out (UPS or USPS)  Put in a service request and send us the number so that we can file it with your order. All contact regarding delays, damages, or lost shipments should be made by you with the shipping carrier. 

  • If your order is marked delivered at your location but you do not have it. Call your local Postmaster or UPS hub immediately. If their GPS delivery location shows it was in fact delivered to your location then you MUST file a police report for package / mail theft.
    Any claims for Mail Theft should be done with UPS or USPS not us. 

    We do not honor any refund requests or chargebacks for late delivery, lost packages, package theft by you nor your credit card bank.  Any and all claims for such must be made with the shipping carrier.

  • Pleas note choosing 1st class mail results in an Uninsured package. We nor USPS are responsible for damage or loss of 1st class shipments.  Please ship wisely and choose Priority Mail or UPS instead which is insured.

  • Sometimes items are shipped ahead of estimated schedule so please keep watch for your shipping notification.
